Loved it all! Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, and loved the outdoor fire pit.
Prices in Duluth are a bit high but this was fair considering that!

Breakfast was good, the room was good. and the gym and the Manger was helpful at giving as
the same rate cost and moving us over to the Marriot Hotel to stay and for their Hot tub that
was up running to use.
I did not like that they said the hot tub was available on line when I booked are stay but when we arrived
it was not up and running at all then they said it would be that day or the next then it still was not.
