Perfect location

Broken bar stool, 2 pools only able to use 1 of them. On the water but my kids were told they couldn’t be on it. There were trespassing signs for other units that didn’t include the one we were staying in.

Broken bar stool, water stains on table in living room, loose screws on the sliding doors and screen was loose from the frame of the sliding storm door to the patio.

Decor, comfy bed, location, view. Great patio. Ice maker.

Kitchen was not equipped , oven didn’t work, no element in it. Toaster set off fire alarm for no reason. No teaspoons, only 3 tablespoons. Only pan was 1 skillet with lid. But we were on vacation, didn’t plan to cook much but would like to have warmed up our bagels!

Great location there was beach access just a short walk/drive away. It was very quiet area and spacious enough for a party of 6.

The location was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was nice. The master bed was comfortable. The condo was clean. There was a service call before and after our visit to check on our stay, and they were very nice.

There are several issues with maintenance that needed to be taken care of. I hope that my text was received by the property managers. The price we paid seemed like a lot for a three night stay with no ocean view.

The Location Was great. The only Negative on the condo was that we got the third floor. With our Arthritus , Bad Backs and Bad knees, our moving in was very difficult.
