Everything was great, the stay was nice but I paid a deposit that has not been returned. The room was basically the same as when I arrived except the bed of course and the shower I used. The room was in the same condition so there were no damages and it’s been passed their 10 day hold. I have called multiple times to have this addressed and I haven’t gotten any response except the manager(s) we’re busy. No return phone call because they have other things to do and the staff cannot handle my situation. It is $50 but it’s $50 that I could use at the moment.

THE ROOM WAS PRETTY BASIC. IT WAS ALSO NOISY -- II COULD HEAR OTHER GUESTS. THE REMOTE CONTROL DID NOT WORK IN MY ROOM AND IT TOOK 4 TRIES TO GET ONE THAT WORKED. THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE KIND AND ANDHELPED ME OUT. THEY WRE HARD WORKING.

I COULD HAVE USED AND EXTRA BLANKET . SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER BOTTLES WERE TINY TINY.

tub/shower units are very cheap and creak with any weight. Exhaust fans in bathrooms require maintenance. There is no breakfast provided, even a little continental section would be nice. Most of the staff was rude.

The smell was horrible and room was dirty and gross. The re was makeup on the sheets. We checked in to the room later. We were forced to use the room because no one was take reservations at the time. We went and purchased our own blankets and used them.

Room was extremely dated!! WiFi didn't work in my room or in the lobby the entire week. I complained multiple times and was told they were working on it. Evidently this was an ongoing issue as the computer in their " business center" had a big sign that said out of order. Everything looked like it was 50 years old. Poor bed, pillows, shower and tv...won't stay there EVER again!!

The room was EXTREMELY dated, poor pillows and bed, and the WiFi never worked the entire time!!!. I called the front desk every day and was told they were working on it. I tried their "business center" in the lobby and it had a big sign on the monitor that said " out of order" the entire 5 days I was there!!!

our room was dirty and the last night there I saw a mouse! beds were soooooo uncomfortable! pillows were very flat! no one offered to give the last night free because of the mouse! FILTHY!

Bar/restaurant downstairs was really nice. Good food, beverages and service.

Our rooms were very dirty, food was under the beds from the previous tenants. Walls were paper thin, and people were parting all night into the early morning. Got maybe a hour of sleep because of all the noise and no staff helped shut down the party. Beds were very average and slightly uncomfortable.

I didn’t like the service from the front desk!, I was treated rudely!left a review, the next time I checked in I was interrogated, in front of other customers!, instead of being professional and take me aside! your staff member printed out my review and asked me what it was about! I will never return to this particular hotel!!

The restaurant served prime rib that was pretty good.

The front desk folks were pretty unfriendly and not helpful. There were 4 TV channels available when I asked the front desk gal about it she said “yeah sometimes there’s only 2”.
