The employee Jun was great and very helpful because he changed our room given the problem of the noise. When the staff understands you and actually solve the problems is the best.
The room was advertised as soundproof but you could hear absolutely everything and was impossible to sleep or to have any privacy.

Good location although it is a little walk into the town, this is fine if you are relatively fit. The swimming pool is nice and I enjoyed a swim on our first day. The breakfast was ok.
The bedroom was very small and this makes me feel that the hotel is not great value for money. But Biarritz seems to be expensive and staying in the centre would cost considerably more I think.
