Amazing location just a few steps to the beach and the ocean. Views of the ocean from the balcony in the rocking chairs that are provided. Nice touch. Very clean, simple, updated motel with very responsive and friendly staff. Pool option when you don't want to go to the beach. Could not ask for more on a beach vacation for the price. Incredible value.
Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but then it gave us an excuse to go to more of the great restaurants in Dewey and in Rehobeth easily available by taking the Jolly Trolley.

The location (ocean-view w/ rocking chairs on the porch), on-site parking, friendly staff, and beautiful pool drew us in. The beds are small but were comfortable.
The smell of the room was unbearable and made it difficult to be in the room. All of our clothing/belongings picked up the musty smell and needed to be thoroughly washed when we went home. Everything was damp the entire time even with the air conditioning blasting. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.
