Great location downtown. Onsite cafe which is great if you need a quick bite. Had a burger that was ok. Nice lobby bar.
There was something sticky all around coffee maker on counter top. Very shabby desk chair with peeling armrest that looked awful and should have been thrown out long ago. Not even garage sale quality.

Clean, safe, friendly staff and convenient location to downtown San Antonio and the Riverwalk. Decent checkout time. We did not feel rushed.

Location is a plus.
Staff is fine.
Breakfast is good.
We set AC to 71°F at night but room temperature settings are overridden by the hotel's system, with a wide 71°F–75°F swing before the AC re-engages. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan is noisy.
Valet parking for $47+Tax is extremely expensive.
