Hampton Inn & Suites on the San Antonio Riverwalk

Very clean and very convenient to be close to the river walk

Nothing absolutely wrong here

Location to River Walk and pickup spot of River Shuttle

Fitness room noise, thumping of equipment at 5:00 am was a rude awakening. Perhaps the fitness room should have restricted hours like 7:00 am till 10:00 pm.

I really loved the view from the room I reserved. I am very happy to have been given room 336. I would pay to have that room again. I will be making content about my experience on Instagram and Tik Tok. One thing I thought could've been better was the breakfast, but just because they only had cold hard boiled eggs. There was no scrambled eggs, no omelets, and there wasn't any sausage or bacon, but I did like the spicy chicken for a spicy chicken sandwich, my son and I liked the waffles and everything else. I REALLY loved the view and the easy access to the river walk! It was such an amazing experience and I will working hard to stay again with my family for more days. Thank you so much!

I just didn't like that I had more money to stay another night.

I love that the hotel was really pretty from outside and inside. The valet people were really nice when we arrived and helped us out with getting our things out the car. The pool was really nice and loved the location of it. It has a perfect view of the Riverwalk.

I really hated the fact that the elevator that is used to get down to the riverwalk was not working. When I was looking for hotels I was looking for one right at the riverwalk so I could just walk down and not worry about walking on the streets to get to it since I had 2 kids under the age of 2. Well our first day we tried getting down and it wouldn’t work then I go ask upfront and they said they would tell maintenance to turn it on, then we were waiting outside for like more than 5 minutes and it was really hot and I went back up front and I asked again and the way they reacted seemed they had forgotten about it and then they told me it didn’t work.
