The ability to go directly to our room with little to no interaction with anyone else. We left early everyday and arrived late every night.
When we arrived the check in lady said that the office had short hours and if we needed anything to go to room 1 which was maintenance or call the number outside of hours. We needed towels and had almost no toilet paper when we arrived at our room. Nobody answered either the office number or room 1 (maintenance) we bought our own toilet paper. Also the neighbors were easily heard through the walls which were crying screaming children I understand kids will do that but as we arrived late it was definitely something we didn't like.
