Location location location! The price was unbeatable and having the double sink really made a difference for us having a toddler
Wish the store front had a person to talk to during day time hrs to buy wood for fire pit, they reached out via email and booking msg daily however cell phone reception was at its worst even connected to Wi-Fi. So would have been nice to see a friendly face.

Not a thing to not like. It was the perfect stay.

I absolutely loved this entire little cabin! The shower was amazing and the cabin itself was cozy and inviting. I love how it came fully equipped with everything and there was an opportunity to have an outside fire with seating and cook on the grill. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and everything was so quiet. The bonus is that they allow pets for responsible pet owners, but I have a service animal so it wasn’t an issue. I will definitely stay here again on another trip!
The wi-if was pretty bad and the tv kept going in and out constantly, but wasn’t a deal breaker since we didn’t watch much of it. The towels could use an upgrade to ones that aren’t stained up, but we brought our own so no biggie. Nothing so bad it would prevent us from returning!

I loved that is was off to itself and the size of the cabin we stayed in
We had rented the cabin for the amenities it offered but we weren’t able to use them because we couldn’t keep hot water and didn’t get it fixed until the day we checked out and none of the doors had an actual lock on them so kids could open the door at anytime
7.0
The fact that the cabin was fully equipped and close to local restaurants and things to do! The atmosphere felt extremely homey.
The last minute switch of our cabin, the spotty Internet, the random wires sticking out of the ground by the parking, the fact that the dog area was a small strip of land (we wish there was more of an area/park for dogs to play in), and the fact that the pool closed at dusk.
9.0
The originality of the cabin
The main entrance some risky at night because of car high speed on that road

I LOVED the camper! It was clean and perfect size for our little vacation. The campground was super quiet. It was just far enough out of Gatlinburg that you felt peaceful but Food City was only 15 minutes away for groceries and needs.
I was super bummed that the pool was messed up when we arrived. The pool was down our entire stay but Jen did offer us to swim at the other campground it was just too far away to squeeze into the agenda. Things happen though and they were super accommodating

It was a beautiful cabin in the mountains, the area was quiet. Yet it was pretty easy to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge
Expanded the office hours, aside from when I first arrived I never saw the office open again.

Friendly staff,( when they were there) cabin and place was very clean
When we arrived, there were no trash can liners,no hand towels, the barbecue grill still had used charcoal in it.The bathroom door will not shut or remain opened when not in use.I wanted to bring this attention to a staff member but not only the office was closed but I tried to call the after hours number but no one answered or not even a voice mail. One thing that was filthy was the pool ( very cloudy) when the staff was there they couldn't get it cleaned. It looks more like a self serve park since the staff was there only one day just to clean.

It was very nice and clean, love the seclusion
Minor billing issue, we got it fixed

Canin was clean, cool and comfortable. Short drive from to attractions without being stuck in the congestion of Gatlinburg. The campground was quiet, which was much appreciated

Black ants in beds, especially the bunk beds. And after staying there the kids ended up with head lice....the comforter on the bunks were not very clean, once we realized and saw the ant infestation on the top bunk. Coffee grounds still in the fridge from previous tenant. No sheets for pull out or bunks and only one blanket. . Used bandages and food behind pull out....I have reversed questions here...these are what was wrong. Couldn't get the oven to work nor the stove.
What we liked was location and pool and it was quiet at night.

Quiet, comfortable with easy access.
Internet is very sketchy with frequent outages.

Secluded and quite. It was a perfect spot to unplug for a little while.
My only 2 complaints, which aren't huge deal breakers, would be the sign not being lit up at night. I missed the turn in a couple of times and the wifi not being strong enough to watch TV at night.

Good location, not too far from Gatlinburg. The cabin was a little on the small size for 2 adults and 5 dogs. The cabin was very cozy.

it was clean, good location, and pet friendly.
there wasn’t anything I disliked about the property, the TV kept cutting off, but otherwise, I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet cabin. Pet friendly. They had free smores and hot chocolate one night which was a nice pleasant surprise.
Parking was tight for my large truck, but workable. WiFi was not fully available, and staff indicated they were working to improve that.

It was clean, camp grounds were nice
It was so cold in the cabin even with 2 heaters going, and the pipes kept freezing up had to get with the hosts to thaw out the pipes in the morning she was nice and accommodating but what a pain all they had to do was wrap the pipes and insulation and the hot tape in this would have not happened and they've known about the problem because they had the heater to solve the problem and the knowledge that it took 30 minutes to unfreeze the pipes so why wouldn't they have just fixed it the right way I'm not sure, and they definitely need a better source of heat in the cabin when it gets cold or insulate the floor real good and that would be better overall the cabin was nice but in equipped to handle the cold weather that they know they're going to get up there, overall the cabin was nice but just could use some small improvements and it would have been perfect
