Legazpi Doce Rooms & Suites

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel, everything about our stay exceeded expectations! Maria checked us in - she was super helpful and gave us some great recommendations, particularly a cafe nearby that had amazing pastries and tortillas for breakfast. They kindly upgraded us on arrival from a basic room. The bed, pillows and bedding were so comfortable and the room itself was clean and had everything we needed (plus a few very sweet extras!). They provide beach towels, which was also helpful! The location couldn’t have been better. On a quiet road but a very short walk to the old town, shopping, beach and other side of the river. Big shoutout to the very welcoming friendly staff and excellent housekeeping. We will definitely stay at Lagazpi Suites on our next visit to San Sebastián!

The location was excellent, in the middle of old town, a short walk to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very large.

The room did not have a hair blower for my wife, an iron nor any facial tissues. The staff gave the Hair blower to my wife immediately when she asked.

Fabulous location for everything in San Sebastián. Set on the edge of a beautiful plaza. All amenities were great. A special mention to Maria and Oskar who were fabulous. They were warm and friendly and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. They made our stay extra special.

Nothing, it was great.

It was a great location and check in was efficient

Only two of us in a two bedroom suite still felt very cramped with little outside view with one bedroom in the kitchen and no sitting area. Sound nsulation between apartments is poor and showers are very slippery
