Breakfast was very good and plenty food staff was on top of everything and very friendly. Room was very clean.
AC unit doesn't flow air like the lower units in other Best Western (compared to San Diego stay the night before). Didn't like only 1 ice machine to come all way in to the office area just to get some. Water pressure in the shower was just ok. TV was not user friendly to just turn on to watch regular local channels, staff was unable to help so we had to go without it that was a bummer.

Loved this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfy & the room was excellent. It had everything we needed. The pool was a lovely addition, especially when the sea is so choppy in Ventura. The staff were very helpful & the location was great. Better than a lot of 4 star hotels.

The front desk pushed joining Best Western and then had the nerve to charge us $25 extra for signing in early. This was particularly bad when the room cost about $375 for one night.
