This is our 2nd year renting this same townhouse. We loved it so much we came back. The location is perfect. The house is redone and in wonderful condition. It is well stocked for anything you may need. The host is a great communicator. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The photos give a good sense of the house, and everything was in good working order and clean. Things were easy to find in the kitchen. The pool was nice, and the beach is a block away and lovely. The deck off the living room was very pleasant for meals. We enjoyed the Netflix subscription. There are filters for the coffee maker, but bring your own coffee. When we were there, the kitchen had a good assortment of spices and had olive oil and vegetable oil.

Another wonderful stay. This is our third year enjoying this condo at Admiral’s Bridge in Fenwick. It feels like home because the owners maintain it that way. Everything is in good working order, the decor remains beachy and elegant. The level of cleanliness is outstanding. The owners are extremely responsive if you have questions. This time we actually had guests visit us while we were there and it provided an opportunity to use all of the lovely things that the owners keep around to make entertaining easy. Everything was just perfect. Thank you.

Super clean and comfortable home to relax at Fenwick. The owners are wonderful and have thought of literally everything you will need, from kitchen supplies (even Henckel knives) to beach stuff, everything you can imagine you would want you have right there. Plus the furnishings and general feel of everything give it a second home feel very quickly. Morning beach walks to see the dolphins, coffee on the deck, beach fun during the day, dinner in or out, then movies at night. We even drove the short way down to Assateague Island to see the horses right on the beach - amazing. Perfect vacation!

Everything about the condo made my family and I feel very comfortable. Every amenity needed is provided and the owner was very prompt with any questions I had. We are looking forward to staying there in the future.

Best beach house ever. Perfect for our family of 4 adults and two children. Allows everyone their own sleeping quarters with shared space on the main floor. The property owner thought of everything. It really is like a home away from home. The kitchen is better stocked than my home kitchen and everything is accessible. If they didn’t have it, they will get it. We couldn’t find the stopper for the upstairs tub. They sent their daughter over with a replacement!!! Talk about responsive. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us. Although the house is beautifully decorated, the choices are very kid friendly so you don’t feel like you have to run around behind the children making sure nothing gets damaged. We love, love, love the location. Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. Although the weather was not great, a little too windy and cold for us, the house really does have an amazingly relaxed feel so we all came back feeling refreshed. My daughter and son-in-law both have very demanding jobs. This vacation with this house and location was just what the doctor ordered for them. We have already booked for next year, later in the summer so the weather will be warmer. A big thank you to Jim and Liz.

The hosts couldn’t be nicer and thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. Very family friendly and exactly as posted. We would definitely stay here again.

The O'Hasis 2 is the best place our family stayed in our 20+ years of vacationing in the DelMar beaches area. The townhouse had every amenity needed, every kitchen utensil you would think of, and modern appliances, that worked well. Plenty of dishes, bowls, accessories for dips and happy hour. Steps from the beach, restaurants, liquor store, and close distance to grocery shopping. Very comfortable beds, and easy to keep clean floors. Easy to relax on the balconies, sit and talk, or play any of the owner provided games. Easy and frequent communications with the owner when needed. Will definitely stay again if available.

We were delighted to stay in this beautifully appointed, modern, updated, fully-renovated townhome. There are multiple things that you may have forgotten that are at your fingertips that the owners have supplied for your personal use. The owners are easily accessible for quick questions during your stay which make it even more pleasant. We couldn’t have been happier with the unit, location, and overall experience. Wonderful. Property is beautiful. The owners were responsive. They thought of everything. All switches are labeled which I have never seen before. Made life easier not having to fumble around. Didn’t realize there was an outside shower. Made it very convenient for keeping the sand outside. The beds were comfortable in every room. All the other furniture was chosen with care. It fits perfectly at the beach. We had two cars and I was a little worried about parking. Only one occasion when I couldn’t find a space and it opened up pretty quickly. Very short walk to a lovely beach. Full but not crowded. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

What a wonderful time we had at your beach home. We loved it. Everything was perfect from the time we walked into your home. Hand sanitizer at the front door "covid 2020", beach bags if needed, and beach gear for our use. Location to beach, restaurants, water park, shops and convenience store all in walking distance. Your deck was our hang out. Mood lights, music from the Bose and patio accommodation to have meals out side. Inside the home had everything we needed. Pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware you thought of everything. Loved your organization and nice touches. Our first time in Fenwick. We are so glad it was at your home. Thank you we will be back.

My family has rented many beach houses over the years and I can't say I have experienced a home that is this well cared for. I sensed the owners truly want every renter to feel right at home. The place was clean, comfortable and so well equipped. For example, I really like to have good, sharp knives when cooking so I usually bring my own - there was no need to pull them out because the kitchen had every Henckels knife you could possibly need. Beach was super close to the house and the kids enjoyed the pool on the few days the surf was too rough. Local business I also highly recommend: Yogavibez at Fenwick Shoals. Teachers were fabulous. All in all, a great vacation!

What a fun place to stay !!!!! So gorgeous, so well equipped, so thoughtfully laid out. So comfortable for all family members.....kids of all ages....to enjoy. Even though there was so much to enjoy in the Fenwick area we didn’t feel like we had to leave our little “home away from home” to have fun.
