Il cottage è a 100 metri da The Botanics (un grande parco / campo da gioco ideale per frisbee, calcio, rugby, biciclette, con un parco giochi per bambini) e il centro della Nuova Zelanda con una vista mozzafiato dalla cima. The Botanics era il luogo in cui la prima partita di rugby fu giocata in Nuova Zelanda nel 1870.
Il cottage ha un garage custodito e parcheggio fuori strada.

Lemon Tree Cottage was very well located, in a quiet street near parks and CBD and also routes in and out of Nelson. The cottage was spacious and very comfortable with a lovely open plan kitchen / family area opening out onto a private sunny deck and backyard which was fully fenced. This was perfect for my small dog who came with us. All in all it was a very relaxing stay and Lemon Tree Cottage provided every amenity that we required.

We had a wonderful stay at lemon tree cottage. Kids loved the garden & games. I loved the big comfy bed! Great location.. impressive Xmas lights display one street over too! We would definitely stay again :)

The house is very pleasant to stay in, nicely decorated, good bathroom and bedrooms.
The house is very pleasant to stay in, nicely decorated, good bathroom and bedrooms. Kitchen well equipped and an interesting variety of local 'tasters' in the fridge and cupboards. Outdoor area is good, and the BBQ works well.
The only thing is the height of the microwave, as it is on top of the fridge I was very aware of lifting down hot dishes. It needs and new can opener.

Great location, it's an easy walk into the city, close to lovely walks along the river and to the Centre of NZ. The house is really well equipped, comfy beds, and well stocked pantry. Thanks for the coffee and I love the coffee plunger pot!

Fantastic location walking distance to town. We enjoyed the stroll back to the house after an evening meal. A lovely park nearby also to enjoy.

Nice little cottage, lovely comfortable beds, excellent power shower and very well in fact extremely well equipped kitchen. Would benefit from a upgrade of the living room furniture and the outside table could do with a sun parasol and also garden loungers would be good, but overall a lovely place to stay indeed

Lovely house in a great situation in Nelson. The family had a great time and especially loved Charlie the cat from next door.
Only suggestions for improvement would be internet access. Apart from that the house is very comforatble and has great parks and walks nearby.
