Bed was great, location was excellent, staff were kind, free breaky was good. :)

No amenities, but the shampoo, soap and lotion offered were good. The pool deck and chairs were covered in dust/dirt, had not been cleaned in months, although water was clear. Mold on the grout lines in the shower :(

Check out was a nasty surprise! We got charged $5AU per pod for using 4 coffee pods during a 2 night stay. Plus $8AU FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER! We were really surprised as we assumed it was complimentary, and the charge is excessive by any calculation! Every hotel we have stayed so far provides these items for free, often giving mini bar alcohol/drinks etc complimentary as well

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! You can't beat the location - within walking distance of most of the attractions and transport to get to farther out attractions. Wonderful Stay!

picturesque hacienda style hotel, beautiful individually decorated rooms, right in the middle in the historic centre of Puebla. For breakfast there was not a lot of choices but all was delicious and portions good. definitely recommend to use the spa treatments, we felt like born again after that! restaurant at the location is very good. valet parking works super well. it was perfect!

We loved staying here with our group. The breakfast and service at the breakfast were excellent. The rooftop patio and pool were great and used by our group. The location can't be beat, just a few blocks from the main square.

I felt like the front desk staff could use some more hospitality training. But overall the staff was great.

Loved this boutique hotel! For the price, it was my best stay up to now in Mexico. Staff super friendly and helpful, there was closed parking which we needed due to our cars. And the decoration of the place, so many little corners, plants....and amazing breakfast!

The location is great. The hotel design is very nice. The service is quite friendly and attentive. The facility is very clean and the food is delicious

The pool wasn’t that useful because it’s basically in the lobby and in the shade - kind of a weird place for a pool. But that’s a minor quibble.

no functional window, bathroom smelled of sewer, had to wait a long time for hot water on a few occasions, the tv was next to the bed rather than in front of the bed. the photos of the hotel are misleading.
