It's a block and a half from the Keller Auditorium, it's a block from Morton's steakhouse. There is a coffee shop in the reception check in area. So convenient
No on site parking that's fine. Valet parking required unless you want to walk your luggage for a couple blocks that's fine. But $70 to park overnight. Wow. A bit much IMO. I think half that would be reasonable. When paying nearly $300 to stay.

Good location near the waterfront. Typial high-end luxury hotel.
Didn't love paying $28 for 24 hour parking in adjacent city lot. Prices in the facility were typically high. Water in rooms...$3 a bottle. Meals...not special and not cheap. Room service...kinda pricey and not special.
