Nice dinner in ground floor restaurant. Almost no other diners there which was nice to not worry about the children we had with us disturbing other guests. Nice pool area and sauna.

Quieter doors for bathroom and presence of a bathroom fan - steamy room after showers.

The sheets weren’t soft , felt like paper . But our room was clean and comfortable.

the room was not what was advertised. looked good in pictures the exterior of the hotel was amazing as well as the amenities but the room was very outdated and poor quality felt like a completely different hotel the in the room

The location was the redeeming quality of this location.

1)Parking at the hotel was crazy expensive. 2)Staff seemed under trained and under staffed. None seemed to enjoy their job. 3)no vent in the restroom & pocket doors 4)thin walls meant hearing everything around you 5)bed slides of bed frame

They made us wait an hour after check in time for room and made our plans late. Hot tub not hot enough and neighbors argued all night and when we called security they did nothing about it

I liked the location.

We booked a suite for our wedding weekend and when my wife arrived they told her our suite was unavailable. Even though it was booked months in advance. They tried to make it right by giving us two rooms. This however was not why we booked with them, we needed the larger suite to provide comfortable enough space for the bridal party to get ready. We also had family stay in the hotel and they also had issues with their rooms. One had a smashed tv in the bedroom of their suite. Others had house keeping walk into their rooms even with do not disturb signs on the door, as well as a late check out.

The bed was very comfortable & the location is walkable.

Loud street noise

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The pool and hot tub was fun and relaxing.

A housekeeping call for towels and a luggage rack went unattended. I wish the no parking was made into a more prominent point. It's not something I thought I needed to check for but this definitely opened up my eyes and made me aware of the need for it. Valet is just another expense to consider when planning your travels.

Cleaness.

There was quite a few things we did not like. First, we needed more towels so we called the housekeeping and service line. The first time, they bought us bath robes so we had to call again. The second time, no one answered after we called multiple times. We had to go down in person and they told us that they were busy but that they would bring up more towels. We also noticed that the vanity mirror and the big lamp did not work. We didn’t really care so we left it like that but if we were staying longer we would of said something. Finally, the most creepiest thing occurred. We had left to a concert and when we came back there was a pair of thick black male socks near my baggage. None of us wear those type of socks (we compared all our socks) and we were freaking out. We called front desk and they said that they would be able to give us a new set of keys and that they didn’t see anyone go in the room. I attached the picture of the socks so you can see it yourself. They look worn. We even checked the entire room to see if there was a creepy opening that might have had someone living/hiding in the room. Also, you can hear EVERYONE walking/talking by your hotel room as it appears that the rooms aren’t built to reduce noise.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I booked this stay for our anniversary & my husbands birthday. We tried to make this an easy and romantic which was nearly IMPOSSIBLE! First when we checked in we were charged $100 a night incidentals fee (for 5 nights), also parking was $49 a day. We also booked this stay with booking.com and had breakfast included. Funny thing, there is no breakfast. We expected to have some kind of buffet or whatsoever. Not existing. The only thing that is offered is that you can either order room service or eat in the upstairs restaurant a la carte with a $15 per person credit a day. (That's at least what they told us) The first 2 days we then decided to order breakfast to the room. The regular american breakfast is $18, so yea thank you for the $15 lol. They charge a 20% misc service charge plus $5 delivery fee plus another 20% on your bill so 2 regular american breakfasts can turn out to be $60 very quick. So much to "breakfast included". After day 2 I went to the front desk to complain about the fees were they told me no such thing as breakfast credit even exists and that I should call booking.com with my issues since I booked with them. Why?? I am your guest? I pay money to stay in your hotel? You are failing to give me the right information in the first place? I ended up receiving a $60 credit for $130 spent on 2 days breakfast with attitude and eye rolling. I worked 10 years in hospitality and my natural reaction would maybe be "I am sorry for the inconvenience" or ANYTHING but thats not possible with certain staff members of this hotel. We then continued our stay without breakfast. On Saturday evening we were trying to use the "relaxation area" which includes a pool with jacuzzi and a sauna/steamroom area. When we went downstairs we could already hear kids screaming by the elevator. The area was overcrowded by lots of kids playing in the pool and screaming.
