Bit remote from restaurants etc

The view was wonderful with a balcony overlooking the lake. Very near the Lindt Chocolate factory. (The Lindt tour was awesome.) The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and service as was the bar and grill. The breakfast was also excellent.

Hour trip from Zurich airport to the hotel was confusing on public transportation. Swiss Travel Pass is very helpful as was SBB App, but we still got on the wrong bus.

Bellissima posizione con la vista sul lago, camere belle e funzionali, bella la spa e con poco afflusso di gente. Palestra molto ben attrezzata, buona la colazione. Parcheggio disponibile all esterno e gratuito.

Non abbiamo apprezzato l atteggiamento di qualcuno dello staff che faceva fatica a salutare, inoltre anche qualcuno dello staff della colazione non era proprio gentilissimo con noi mentre con gli altri ospiti con cui condividevano la lingua erano più gentili e sorridenti, succedeva che mentre si parlava tra di noi a colazione spesso si veniva interrotti per portare via un piatto oppure in un caso ci è stato richiesto con insistenza di pagare la colazione quando invece era inclusa. In un altro caso ci è stato detto di metterci in un tavolo per colazione che però era sporco, alla ns richiesta di pulizia è stato passato uno straccio che veniva utilizzato allo stesso modo su tutti i tavoli. Sinceramente da un hotel con costo non proprio basso mi aspettavo una cura migliore.

The view , the evening meal , the parking , the balcony its location close to the motorway. The hotel was generally a disappointment, it was expensive and the room small. I would class this hotel a business hotel a meeting hotel not a holiday hotel and we were on holiday. It’s modern and concrete, so much concrete it was difficult to tell when you weren’t in the car park as it all felt the same no warmth or character. The restaurant was very nice even if it was in my opinion trying too hard like it was looking for a Michelin star. The staff were friendly the breakfast could have been better for the price. The view was special but a hotel can’t only rely on its view.

A lot. Please read above. This is not a bad hotel it’s just not what we had expected for the price. No character and too much concrete with overly small rooms where is was difficult to get around the bed.
