The staff is fantastic -- warm, friendly and very welcoming. I also found the staff to be very helpful.
I stayed at this property 3 times during the summer of 2026. The ground floor room I was in for the first two stays was very, very small & across the hall from a closet that the hotel staff needed access to which created a bit of noise. From this room, the noise from the breakfast area is audible, so I did not sleep well at all.

Great location for walking around Venice
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Daily Top up of drinking water would have been appreciated

Wonderful staff -- very helpful and friendly and obviously proud of their environment.
Breakfast was lovely & plenty of options to choose from.
Very small ground floor room across from a utility closet and also within earshot of the breakfast area -- clanging dishes, etc. disturbed my sleep.

The architecture, the volumes of the building. The view on the canal.
The horrible drain smell in the bathroom, going through the bedroom. Poor ventilation in the bathroom
