Qualche asciugamano in piu' servirebbe....ma forse si poteva chiedere alla reception

Wonderful staff and a place I wish I could have stayed longer I had a wonderful experience at Ibis Styles in Villers-sur-Mer. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful, and they made me feel genuinely welcome. I had arrived in Villers during a longer trip through Normandy, and after explaining my situation, the staff could not have been more accommodating. Their kindness made a real difference to my stay. I loved Villers-sur-Mer and honestly wished I could have remained at the hotel longer. When the staff mentioned that they also have suites on the top floor, I immediately wished I had known earlier! I would have loved to extend my stay and experience one of them. Unfortunately, I had already paid for accommodation in Dieppe and needed to return, otherwise I would very happily have stayed longer.

Excellent location overlooking the sea and huge sandy beaches. Secure underground parking and high quality breakfast

The air conditioning could be checked to improve air quality

The location is really great right on the beach, just over a kilometer from the city center.

The biggest problem was the non-working air conditioner, which we were not warned about at the time of check-in, although when booking we specifically indicated that air conditioning was our most important requirement. In addition, the price for this hotel in the absence of air conditioning is clearly overpriced and uncompetitive, in this city there are many hotels without air conditioning at a much more reasonable price. A very strange procedure for entering the hotel parking lot - you first need to go to the reception and take the code to enter the garage, but for this you need to leave the car somewhere, and there is no place for this. Breakfast is very modest.
