Decameron Panaca - All Inclusive

Las camas cómodas y habitaciones grandes. Pero lo mejor es el servicio de don Luciano a la hora de dar de ordeñar vacas y dar de comer a los marranos.

La limpieza de las habitaciones las hacen muy tarde. Salí a las 8am y dejé el ticket para arreglar habitación. Y regresé a las 3pm y aún no lo habían hecho. Por ende me quedé sin que la arreglaran

Me gustó mucho , la comida muy rica y las instalaciones muy cómodas , los animadores Daniel y Steven muy amables

Los asesores de multinaciones muy insistentes y les ofrecían a uno promociones que no eran ciertas

For folks traveling with kids in the eje cafetero, Decameron Panaca is a relatively good choice. The hotel is right by Panaca and has easy access to it, though bear in mind that the entry is sort of hidden on the right to the Panaca entrance and signs are small. Food (buffet and snacks) and drinks are ok for an all inclusive, no top shelf brands. Lots of games and entertainment for kids, so it gets crowded and loud at night in the common areas. Spa area and pool is kid free. We had an event at Panaca and booked the hotel for convenience's sake.

The food is ok but not extraordinary in any sense. Best for families wanting a classic Colombian all inclusive entertainment hotel right by Panaca. Child free couples should look elsewhere for peace and quiet, the bungalows seem to be a good choice though definitely pricier. Food could be greatly improved. Very crowded.
