Muito bem localizado, perto de tudo e com fáceis acessibilidades. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Hotel todo virado para as novas tecnologias , aliando uma política de sustentabilidade muito ecológica. Tudo sem papeis, digital e cómodo.
A limpeza dos quartos poderia ser mais eficaz considerando que usufruímos de mais que uma noite

The mood and the staff were great, they helped us in taking the right ferry. Furniture and room were great

Location is excellent and basic room is ok as you mostly just sleep in hotel.
If there is live music nearby, as there was when we were staying, you can really hear it loudly in the room. Earplugs are recommended. There is no table in the room, so if you need to use your laptop, you will have to go the lounge downstairs or be in bed.

everything was good - I really appreciated the location close to the city center and the train station and the room was really tidy and cosy, everything clean

Staffs are super friendly and helpful, can speak fluent Eng and willing to answer you all the questions. My room is warm and comfortable with adorable nordic design details. The location is also wonderful, you could just walk few minutes to city centre take bus, airport express, metro or tram to any place in Stockholm. And also very near the famous cafe Vete-Katten.
I am not saying that my experience is not good, however, I couldn't find neither rubbish bin or water-boiler in my room, or even one small working table and chair...Basically there is no equipments in the room. I need to drink water and using my computer on my bed. Maybe just a little step of improvement could make perfect.

Amazing location at walking distance of the city center. The hotel is nice, modern and simple. The rooms are great and have all you need and the time there was great.
Also a nice place to get your first coffee of the day downstairs

Rummet rent. Läget med tanke på våra aktiviteter var hyfsat bra.
Ingen reception på hotellet. Då kan man ju inte heller berätta om man ser eventuella brister på det aktuella rummet eller om man behöver fråga om något akut. Ingen frukost på hotellet vilket är första gången jag är med om det efter många besök på olika hotell Scandic Hotel i Sverige.

Super zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist perfekt für Leute, die nur im Zimmer übernachten wollen, bequemes Bett und funktionales Bad, keine Sitzgelegenheit.
Die Lobby ist zum Verweilen da, man bekommt jederzeit Snacks und Getränke.

Very central. Nice staff. There were renovation works in the this hotel so I was moved to Scandic no 53.

Our booking was changed to Scandic 53 but that was not a problem. Everything about Scandic 53 was very nice. we are very happy with all of the facilities at Scandic 53.

Breakfast was great. The locker-system when you leave your luggage between checkout and airport departure is also great--- the most secure I've ever encountered.
The facilities feel generally tired--- did not look like the photos I've seen of it. But it wasn't terrible. :-) I was also unhappily surprised that room service cleaning is an extra expense; this was quite a turn off to be honest.

The hotel is under renovation, so I could not stay at that hotel. They provided a room in another hotel, but I was not informed in advance. When I arrived they told me top go to another Scandic. This was not a far process.

The room was in better shape than I expected based on the exterior of the hotel. Nice clean room. There's a good looking gym too with an actual barbell and plates. Metros and the main train station are within a walking distance. Pleathora of restaurants nearby.
You can hear other guests going in and out of their rooms rather clearly. It's not too bad though.

The location of the hotel is about ten minutes walk from the central train station. The main tourist area of the city is also about fifteen to twenty minutes away. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are clean.
The breakfast room is very small, it can be difficult to find a seat.

Very good breakfast, perfect location.
It was quite cold in the room, you cannot competely switch off the AC. The bathroom has a very cold floor, without even a mat. On the other hand you cannot open the window at all, even a small piece of it. You have to order room service separately, one day in advance, meaning that for the short stays you'd unlikely have it.

The hotel was good, pretty close to the train station and not far from the city center, the room was cool, with a Scandic vibe, the bathroom is quite small. Very clean and the receptionist was amazing!

The location was perfect for first timers and the staff was very polite. They are setting standards for other hotel chains in terms of cleanliness and environmental efforts to reduce plastic consumption.
The breakfast menu needs some improvement considering global guests, even though there were vegan items but still there is some scope.
