the proximity to the beach, just a short walk down the path to get there as well as relax and have breakfast at the Dolphin restaurant. The room was large and spacious, very clean and comfortable. The family was absolutely lovely, attentive and happy to help.

Lovely homestay! The family that run it are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Em. They helped us arrange a trip to the Cham Islands and a taxi to the airport. This accommodation is such a great location. We stayed in the upstairs room which was spacious. Cute little gardens shield the property for privacy. Very short walk to the families Dolphin Kitchen & Bar and An Bang Beach. Lovely beach bar with free sun loungers, shower & toilets. Quieter part of the beach as towards end of the restaurants.

Not much, this place was lovely. If you were in the downstairs room you may feel a bit exposed as people staying upstairs need to walk past your room to exit.

The place provided all the amenities of a hotel despite being a home stay. The family run beachside cafe is a plus here which offers great food.

I was well taken care of at Vu Nhi Homestay. Everyone made me feel welcomed. The location is great and I really enjoyed the sunbeds.

Great location, very close to the beach. The owner have a cute restaurant at the beach where you can also have breakfast. Really nice hearing and looking at the ocean while having breakfast. There are sunbeds on the beach and you can also have lunch and dinner there. Going to Hoi An is a 10 minute drive and there are other restaurants and bars in walking distance. Really great Place to spend a couple days on the beach and occasionally visit the very gorgeous Hoi An.

The shower wasn’t really warm. Which would probably not have been a problem if the weather would have been warmer.

The beach is a walking distance just 2 minutes walk. Also they have a beach side restaurant named Dolphin restaurant which is amazing. Also they offer free beach bed shacks so you can relax over there.

Super humidt beginning of Februray therefore bed lines and floor have been somehow constantly wet, be prepared for mosquitos (should be equioed with a mosquito net above the bed), therefore venting at night for fresh air was not possible, no windows to tilt, apartment was in a closed garden not so openly desgined, photos more bright than in real

This is a small guesthouse with only two rooms. It’s clean, it’s modern, and only a one minute walk to the beach and the amazing Dolphin Restaurant and Bar. What a great place to chill, unwind, and use as a base for exploring Hoi An (about a 10 min motorcycle ride). Hoi An itself is lively, colorful, and super photogenic!

Nice and helpful host, the facilities are spacious and clean, and the little private chilling area outside was great! The beach is super close and the food was some of the best we've had during our trip. Further from the center town but easily accessible via scooter. Really recommend this place for those who want to be a bit secluded next to the beach :) Thank you!

fantastic stay, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, a big thank to Em. The room and bathroom spacious with plenty of hot water. Definitely include breakfast in your stay which you have at the family restaurant: Dolphin Bar and Kitchen, it really is delicious

- very friendly & supportive staff, warm welcome - great location at the beach incl restaurant with stunning view right on the beach - spacious room, amenities, tea - big choice breakfast options - family runned business, at least Em speaks good english

- communication was sometimes a bit challenging due to the lack of english - there was a bit of mould in the room & bathroom - would have been nice to know that the terrace/ patio is not private as the guests from the upstairs room have to walk through that space - check out time is 12pm but the room got cleaned/ bed stripped/ towls collected 11:20am while I was still packing in the room which stressed me a bit

Great service, very close to the beach, quite good restaurant, good view from the top floor, clean, very quiet and peaceful, rooms are spacey. They accept payment with card.

The most perfect stay in Hoi An. The room is so spacious, clean and super relaxing, especially the outdoor area to yourself. The surrounding area is so serene and the beach is only 50 meters from the homestay. Really appreciate and recommend Em and his beautiful family who made us feel right at home from the get go. The entire family runs a restaurant called the Dolphin Kitchen & Bar which is walking distance from the homestay. Their restaurant serves incredible delicious food. There are so many family members around to help out with anything. We really appreciate each and every one of them and their hard work and dedication to make the customers happy with anything and everything every day. They are so humble, accommodating and made our time in Hoi An absolutely amazing.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Probably our favourite part of Vietnam.

The apartement was comfortable and very clean. Our host was super friendly! We were there at storm time and he helped us to make our stay as pleasent as he could (one day we even had free roomservice included a Breakfast).

Just stay for a day before catch the night flight. Room was big and clean, everything was perfect.

There are only 2 rooms for rent in a house. And it's hard to say I can recommend the room on the first floor. The reason is you cannot open the curtain since the room is just in front of the gate and people can see what you are doing if the curtain is opened.

The room is 1 min walk from An Bang beach and the bar restaurant which is run by the owner of this home-stay. You can use a beach bed without any additional fee and order some drinks at the restaurant. I want to come back here because the room is very clean and its location is very convenient but silent.

The room does not have a free bottle of water, so bringing it by yourself is recommended.

The home stay itself isn’t right on the beach, but only a 1 minute walk across the road! We spent so much time at Dolphin Kitchen and Bar as it is associated with the home stay, and it was amazing!! Delicious and well priced food. The room was nice and clean, big, and the bathroom was too. Am was such a wonderful host. He helped us when we had no way to charge our phones and he gave us so many great recommendations! highly recommend!
