Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Das erste Mal im Winter, nun im Sommer. Wir kannten uns also schon aus und wussten was auf uns wartet. Als wir den Schlüssel umdrehten, fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Auch wenn die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist, es war aushaltbar und zur Not hat man eine Klimaanlage, welche wir selbst bei den heißen Tagen nicht benötigt haben. Wir kommen immer wieder gern, denn es fehlt uns dort an nichts.
Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder gibt es dort nicht, sodass wir die Räder ins eigentlich zu kleine Treppenhaus gestellt haben. Es hat sich keiner der Anwohner darüber beschwert. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, dass es Stellen im Fußboden gibt, die etwas absacken oder der Bioler im Bad. Da muss man schnell beim Duschen sein, damit der letzte auch noch warmes Wasser hat. Im Sommer geht das, im Winter war es störend, da man doch mehr heißes Wasser benötigt. Ein Bad in der Wanne muss gut geplant sein...

Very spacious. Great kitchen with everything you would need. Very comfortable couch.
Very hot - on the 3rd floor and AC only in the living room, no fans. One lot of plugs didn't work in the back bedroom and only suggestion was to check the fuse box (which wasnt the issue), no follow up help provided. On the 3rd day we couldn't find parking and message to ask for another suggestion, reply was standard 'park in the blue zone' - there were no spots available, had to drive around 3 times to wait for someone to leave, again, no follow-up help from the hosts. Hairs found on bedsheets.

We liked the location. The house was big enough for 4 people. The house waa well equiped.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Stadtzentrum - man kann gemütlich zu fuß ins Zentrum gehen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet auch für Kleinkinder (Spielzeug, Hochstuhl, Gitterbett, ...). Der Gastgeber war schriftlich sehr gut erreichbar und hat immer sofort zurückgeschrieben.
Es gibt nicht sehr viel Stauraum für das Gewand etc.
