Close to the beach

WiFi barely works during the day, after 6pm doesn’t work at all Beds are ROCK hard. I was not able to sleep. Not enough space for everyone to sit near the pool No lounge or bar at the Pool LOTs of kids. Feels like water park. This is FAMILY hotel, kids are everywhere, all the activities are only for kids. Kids are very loud and all over the pool. Worst stay with a friend or couple.

Everything is far away if you want to explore the island.

I liked the outdoor swimming pool with the slide. I wish it were open as late as the indoor pool which was also nice. It was interesting that the jacuzzi wasn’t so hot so children could come in as well. It was the first time I experienced that. I also liked that it had private access to the beach.

When we arrived there was a long wait before we could check in. Also, I wish there had been a restaurant open when we arrived because we were quite hungry. And when we were finally able to eat at 5:30, the pool closed at 6:00 so we didn’t really have much time to enjoy the pool on our first day at the hotel.

All inclusive breakfast was awesome with varieties of great food. Ocean view room.

The location is a little bit uncomfortable, and there is only the hotel. The private beach is not private. Disappointed.

It’s near the beach and it has two pools, the food at the restaurant was so delicious and good quality

the rooms inside are kind of old and the walls have some dirty stains, also the mattress was a bit hard

The pool was fantastic as was how close to the beach it was. Also all the staff were very nice.

The toilet was very loud and had an unusual flushing handle I didn't love. Also the bidet was the cheapest one I had seen in all of japan.

we love the ocean view and the location is in quiet area its looks very private,having a heated indoor pool and outdoor pool was amazing and theres lifeguards around, it’s also nice to have a mini snack bar by the pool where you can order food and drinks and the service is quick. You can also order food and have it deliver to your room if you don’t feel like you want to go outside and just relax in your room.The hotel also gave me a discount ticket and coupons when i checked in to use at the spa,restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall it was a great quick stay!

Beach was less than expected

The great staff helping us around, the snorkeling that could be organized by the hotel, the room and its large beds and the swimming pool.

Without a car it was difficult to get around. There is a bus to Naha and the airport, but not easy to figure out.

practicle place to stay without a car, very nice staff and lovely breakfast. Direct access to a small but clean beach, in addition to the hotel pool.

the room looked a bit old (walls, floor) for the price. the space to actually swim in the sea is very limited.

Front desk personal did not speak english. check out/payment was really difficult due to the poor communication.

I stayed for 9days, and the breakfast and dinner at buffet are all the same… very less varieties and not so flexible for (out of menu) order. and dinner is too pricy for the food.
