Great 2 bedroom villa right on the beach with a lovely pool and catered like a hotel with the amazing team that took care of us and made our stay so comfortable! Breakfast was deliciously freshly cooked, and snacks were brought to us which was a lovely surprise. The crib for our toddler was super comfortable. The pool was a bit small but good enough to lounge in.

Not much at all, it was a great stay! I would say maybe the water could use some more heat but that wasn’t a big deal either.

The villa was more than we could have expected from the description. From the street the villa looks very ordinary but when you enter through the gate it is a beautiful private oasis. The outside areas are well looked after and the loungers and pool allow for a great sunbathing day. You are only a few steps away from the sea, although most of the time it is better to watch than to enter. The staff were brilliant at what they do, attentive but not overbearing. We didn't realise the villa came with staff and it was a great realisation. The chef was brilliant and the food was great, especially the barramundi. Rohan was a very considerate host and nothing was too much. The location was perfect for us. A 20 minute walk down the beach took us to funky bar, a great place to watch the surfers and the great sunsets. A further 20 minutes takes you to Hikaduwa town. Both are only a short drive by tuk tuk if walking isn't your thing. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

One of the best property i have ever stayed in Srilanka, This is an exceptional hotel. Beautiful, impeccably clean, loveliest staff and property has direct beach access. We were made to feel so special during our stay, and also had some of our best meals in Sri Lanka here. I Highly recommend this for families and couples who would love to stay more nights.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. The food tasted like it had come straight from the farm that day. The villa is right on the beach. The pool is the perfect size. The staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful. There is nothing we did not like. Our two little kids (1 and 3) had an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place, direct access to the beach. Very nice and comfortable villa with own terrace, garden and a pool (they clean the pool each day and take the samples of water). Perfect service. The stuff is very professional and friendly. They organized a wonderful New Year party for us, helped us in any question during our stay. There are four people of stuff: a butler, a housekeeper, a cook and a guard. Two of them - a butler and a housekeeper are staying since 6 in the morning till evening but they are doing everything not to disturb the guests. The villa is cleaned two times per day, the rooms are made ready for sleep in the evening. There are few options for breakfast and the other meals you can order on the lunch and dinner menu. We were having lunch somewhere around and the dinners we preferred on villa. The food is of a very good quality. We all want to thank Antony and his stuff for one of the most wonderful stays we ever had! We felt really home

The price is a bit too high, but the service is the best

Very nice and clean villa right on the beach. Calm and quiet area. The staff were fantastic, very kind and service minded!

The only thing was that the prices for the food were too high compared to all the restaurants nearby. Everything else was great.
