Great location by the port, with bus stops and a tram stop just out front. Large compared to others I’ve stayed in and clean with all amenities you would expect. You look out to the nice church and street opposite from the windows but you can see the port out the left which is nice. Only a 15 min walk to the beach and not too far of a walk into Old Nice neither!
Could really do with air conditioning, not just fans blowing warm air around, when it’s still late summer. Also being on the 4th floor, with no lift, and 8 flights of stairs, is an absolute killer with 20 kg of luggage. Also, was a very strict check-in time of no sooner than 4 PM, and no later than 5 PM, which was also inconvenient with luggage 😅

It is a lovely flat, well organised and clean. There is a Nespresso machine and washer in the bathroom. The location is very convenient, really close to the tram station (5min) close to restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery but not noisy. About 10/15 mins walking to the beach and old town.
Too many stairs to go up, didn’t bother me but should have been told before booking just in case.
It could have been provided more powerful fans, it was really hot.
