We stayed here during our honeymoon trip and were severely disappointed. The room we booked was Duplex Suite with Lake View and what we received was not as depicted on Booking.com, lacking the promised panoramic lake view and balcony. The staff were dismissive when we raised the issue, making us wait four hours for a room change. Our dining experiences were equally disappointing with ignored food preferences, insect-infested salad, and poor service. An unapologetic spillage from a waitstaff ruined my wife's dress. We were astonished to find such unprofessionalism at a Mandarin Oriental chain hotel. We can't recommend this hotel.

Location, Comfort and facilities
There was no orthophedic pillow that causes the pain in my neck for the whole duration of the holiday.
Adfitionally, during my check out, I checked the bill and realised they added 840.-€ as transportation cost that we never used. Then they deleleted this amount from my bill. However, they do not even say “apolıgise” for this big mistake. This mistake really annoyed me!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the amazing staff: we received a warm welcome by Enrico from reception, helpful tips Ceasar at the concierge service and thirst quenching cocktails from Lucia at the bar. Thank you for the good moments.

The hotel surprised us with a Lake view room although they said they couldn't at first, that was a nice surprise. Thank you! Loved our room but the weeds at the balcony needs to be tidier :-) ...Breakfast was superb! Loved the bacon and eggs and coffee with the lovely greetings. I could have eaten all day. Pool and spa was a lovely experience as well. Will recommend to my friends.
Hard to book the hotel car to go to other towns and private boats were full.

Beautiful location
Some of the staff were not helpful nor friendly, I got the impression that the hotel was under-staffed and under-resourced for the number of guests they accommodated.
