NH Collection Budapest City Center

we got a nice and clean room we had everything we need great location, near lidl and the metro

NH - a nice hotel, well situated near public transport and the hop-on hop-off bus route. We upgraded to an apartment, clean and comfortable, mattress & pillows comfy enough.

the breakfast is not up to that 4* standard, its 3 * or below The balcony, hadn't been cleaned in ages - fags, bits of broken glass all over it

The rooms were lovely, very well furnished, lobby was very modern , comfortable and clean

The staff was polite at check-in, and we truly appreciated the gesture of being upgraded to a superior room.

Unfortunately, the room with the shower had absolutely no hot water. I reported it first thing in the morning, and by 7:40 PM nothing had been fixed. Later that evening, front desk assured me a technician was coming up immediately, but once again, absolutely no one showed up. I am deeply surprised that a hotel of this standing fails in something as fundamental as hot water, but even more disappointed by the nonexistent customer service. Handling these issues is where a high-end hotel should make a difference, but instead, we left for the airport with our stay leaving a great deal to be desired.
