Staff was incredibly attentive. Free ice cream after soaking in the Onsen? Hell yeah!

Very clean and close to the train station
The room was a little small but we needed place to sleep so it wasn’t too bad

The location was perfect. The only downside was that, despite the weather being over 20 degrees Celsius, the central heating was on for some reason, and I had to turn on the air conditioning in my room after my bath at night. They claimed to be aiming to be an eco-friendly hotel, but what about this heating? It's a waste of energy.

Very nice staff, clean room.
Very utilitarian hotel, the bathroom was small annd had an odd smell and the breakfast was not great.
