Nice friendly staff. Nice facilities, just next to the station so not much dragging my luggage..

The reception team Ishio and Asaka were very helpful. They did above and beyond to help me retrieve a bag we left in the taxi on our way back to the hotel. Checking in an checking out were a breeze, no hassle. The breakfast was good, although it would have been better if there were more pork options.
Nothing in particular. I would just love to see more variety on the food and there was also a time when there was sugar shortage where we only got 1 stick of sugar per person, would be great if something like this have been avoided.
