i like that the onsen is affordable and you can use it until the next day..

i didn't like that the room temperature can't be easily adjusted we had to call the front desk a lot of times to change heater to air-condition and we didn't sleep well because the room was too hot although it was spring the night we stayed was too hot yet we had to suffer instead of relaxing and we discovered that under the bed is not clean at all. so disappointed.

Convenient location and reliable shuttle to/from the airport.

The garden wing was very old/rundown, odd bed configuration, my bed was very loud/ squeaky. There is a resort fee- we didn’t feel comfortable using the (naked) hot spring- there should not be a fee for something we couldn’t use.

Very close to airport, it has a day/hourly rate which suits travelers who have a layover time between flights or arrive very late in the evening after the last trains have departed into Tokyo. (Cheaper than booking a taxi!)

快適なWi-Fiでした。別料金でしたが、温泉に入れました。広々したお部屋でした。入り口に置かれた体重計は場所柄 良いサービスだと思います。バスの運行頻度も良いと思います。

お部屋に古さを感じます。

The onsen was nice and the restaurants were great. All the staff were so nice and I really appreciated their help throughout the one night my family and I stayed.

Do not stay at the garden room, it almost terrified me. The room and journey to the garden wing is unclean and filled with warn out scratches and stains. There is like a smell in the room that was also scratched and stained to a point it felt like it hasn’t been updated since the 70s or 60s. After being totally grossed out I ask the front desk for an upgrade and we got into a room in the main building. It was nicer, since we went from that scary room but I still there there are better options around Narita at 3-4 stars.
