They have a hot spring and the room is spacious.

Very convenient shuttle bus timetable to and from airport ,shopping mall and Narita station. Onzen Biyu is the highlight of our stay . We paid 700 yen for entry ,but really worth it. The lady attendant of Biyu was very kind and helpful. We stayed in triple room in the main building which was seemingly renovated. Comfy bed , clean bathroom, nice view of a golf course

Proximity to both Narita Airport and the train station. The shuttle to/from the airport and train station are also a great amenity. The family mart in the lobby was also very convenient.

The hotel is run down. It's deceiving in the photos on the booking listing. Even the lobby is in a bit better shape than the rest of the hotel. The photographs portray a cleaner, more modern, hotel but in reality we got a room that was outdated. Walking to the hotel room on the 1st floor of the west wing was not pleasant. The hallway looked worn and dingy. My family's energy was sapped walking towards the room. The room appeared clean but the furniture, carpeting, & bathroom all looked worn. The carpet had stains and the windows had heavy condensation. Fortunately it was a short 10 hr stay so it served it's purpose and we were glad to move on.
