It was an easy walk from the centre of town. The ensuite room was clean, and the breakfast met good B&B expectations
The shower curtain within an unconventional shower stall was certainly adequate but a tad challenging. The water pressure was very good, though.

Slightly old-fashioned (if only because so many similar places have closed in recent years),basic but decent guest house.
A bit less than 400 yds from the racecourse and a similar distance from the town centre.
The car park was a rather odd shape but I reckon even in these days of ridiculously large SUVs there was ample space for the number of rooms.
The hosts were very friendly and breakfast was fine.
My single room was definitely on the small side, but I've known smaller and it was fine for a single person for a night or two.
Very reasonably priced
Rather a long walk to the nearest pub for a person of my age and infirmities.

Breakfast, free car park. Friendly helpful staff.

The room was extremely comfortable. It was clearly an accessible room, and it would certainly suit someone who uses a wheelchair. The bathroom and shower was wheelchair accessible.
Full cooked breakfast available.
I appreciated the decaf beverages as requested when booking.
