Location and hospitality
Their extended willingness to assist customers.

It's in very safe environment and close to the airport and malls. The staff are kind and doing their best
They don't change towels daily. The furniture is worn out. The washroom is old and stained

Location is ideal. The staff are great, although the general manager could work on her customer service skills a little more even though she is generally nice. The breakfast was great although food that ran out was not always replenished without asking
Towels were not provided for all guests in the room. They also did not have adequate water bottles for all guests. Staff did not seem to respect door signs like Do Not Disturb.
6 / 10Nella media·ago 2026
The staff were responsive. Whenever I needed something it was provided. The hotel is located in a walkable area, near the airport. The room was large enough and the breakfast had local foods.
The shower could have had separating glass to prevent water from going all over the bathroom floor. The noise from the corridor from other guests was disturbing.
