Beautiful accommodations and amazing service.

Really everything was very nice.

We had a Fantastic stay!! Literally everyone of the Staff ist very friendly, we got an Upgrade to one of the suites at Odysea wich was fantastic because it is much more quiet in the evening I Think. Lots of rooms have Balconies to the Main Pool and there is live music every evening (maybe difficult with children). The playground is outstanding, my child loved mini Disco (not so loud and not so long, very child friendly indeed!) The buffet was the best I have eher seen and tasted in my entire life, special thank you to the patissier, the desserts are a Dream come true. Service was so quick sometimes you did not even notice. We played tennis, they even had a kids Racket!! Wow! The cocktails are great as well and we loved loved loved kirki bites! Its not just bites its heaven as a burger!

The room was very clean but the layout and design was kind of plain, no pictures on the wall etc. Also the balcony Chairs are not that comfortable, we had loved a sun bed on the balcony! Also, there are not Ventilation holes for the fridge so it gets very hot. Other than that -- Nothing!!

Beautiful resort - lots of pools across huge grounds and all maintained to a very high standard

Nothing to not like

Clean rooms, good foods, nice facilities for kids.

Towel desk is too far, no buggy to beach, I bought 2 months ago with a higher price, last minute is cheaper. Every day minibar guy enter our room after knock the door without waiting our reply.
