The warm pool and buffet breakfast were highlights for our family, and Matthew at reception made our stay even better with his friendly service and helpful advice about the school holiday promotions. He made us feel genuinely welcome.
The rooms and bathrooms are showing their age and could benefit from some renovations. The price was a little high for Rotorua, but this was expected during the school holidays, and the facilities helped make it worthwhile.

We chose this hotel for the view and it absolutely did not disappoint. On top of this EVERY staff member we encountered (around the building, at reception, in the restaurant) were friendly, kind and incredibly helpful!
