The hotel is located in Midtown Manhattan, which is good, especially if you are a first-time visitor. It has a nice, friendly, and cozy vibe. Pretty much everything you might need is within a few blocks — grocery stores, pharmacies, cafés, major Midtown attractions, and a subway station just at the end of the block. The nicely decorated room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. We also really appreciated the water station, which is such a useful feature when you’re spending the whole day walking around the city. Having a restaurant and bars right in the hotel was another big plus, especially during rainy days. The rooftop in particular has a great atmosphere, although the view itself isn’t anything spectacular. The staff were friendly and accommodating and took care of all our requests. Overall, I thought the hotel offered very good value for money, and we were really pleased with our stay.

The room really is small, but that’s something we expected and wasn’t an issue for us, just something to keep in mind. The location is also very touristy, which is great for a first visit to New York, but frequent visitors might prefer staying in a different neighborhood.

This hotel has good sized rooms (for NYC) and comfortable beds. It’s a good location, but lower floors have significant street noise. Best thing was the attached coffee shop and cool rooftop bar.

Bathroom is oddly small (miniature sink). While not a big deal, the whole hotel is quite dark all day.

Excellent location. If you’re gonna be out all day and don’t care about space, this place is ideal

Location was good. The bunk bed on top of the queen bed meant a genuine room for 3 in NYC, which is rare.

Dark and dingy corridors AC not working well Crazy that they charge a “resort” fee - all they offer is unlimited bottled water.
