Excellent location, great view, lovely staff. Despite being in the centre of the city, the room was quiet and peaceful. We had a suite which was huge, with a greatreat living area for relaxing and a gorgeous free standing bath.
You are warned on booking about the stairs. There is nothing that can be done about this and the staff are great and will help with your luggage but the stairs are the only slight downside.

Location was super close to the promenade, old town and public transport was only 15mins walk
Carrying the luggage up 3 flights of stairs

One of the nicest suites I’ve stayed in so far. It was a truly luxurious experience, right in the heart of Nice. The interior design was meticulous, with an incredible level of attention to detail throughout the suite. The shower and bathtub were exceptionally spacious, and a special mention for the AC system (powerful and quiet). Everything felt top-of-the-line, while the central location still managed to be relatively quiet.
Really nit-picking here, as the overall experience was excellent: complimentary slippers and bathrobes would be a nice addition, and the bedding could be upgraded slightly to match the otherwise exceptional level of luxury.
