Gioia is an amazing host, always helpful to point us to good restaurants, helping with reservation. Being guests at the Happy Days villa has perks too, as Gioia knows everyone and her guests are given discounts. If you plan to stay in San Vincenzo, you should definitely stay here.

Giogia is amaizing person, very helpful open and kind.❤ All the time I had contact with her when I need something or have any questions. Apartment is amaizing! Very comfy, huge and beautiful. Me and My family are very happy about time spent in the apartment ❤ Localisation from apartment to the nearest beach or to the town centre was about 15-20 minutes walk. No problem for me, but sometimes hard to come back after long day 🤣 anyway - highly recomended! ❤

The guest house is really a home away from home and it exceeded our expectations. Gioia waited for a us at the railway station in San VIncenzo and thoroughly explained everything in house. The house is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine (detergent provided), plates, pans, etc. It's a short walk to the center (about 12-15 minutes, but the perk of it is that it's very quiet and located in the green area of San Vincenzo. There are some grocery shops close by and one very nice pasticeria that sells everything from pizza to schiachiata. (a Tuscan type of bread). I highly recommend Gioia's place.

Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect.This property is located just off a major highway (which you could not hear), with easy access. The town of San Vincenzo on the seaside was wonderful. It proved to be a perfect home-base allowing us to visit Tuscany with all of its surrounding wonderous landscape. The hosts Gioa and her husband Gabriel were delightful and wonderful hosts who were fluent in english and provided us with a very warm welcome and lots of good travel info. The fridge was stocked with fresh milk, juice, and the cupboards filled with the necessities to prepare yourself a fine meal. The deep, jetted long tub was such a treat after a long day of walking in Florence. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough of them to accommodate six grown people and a crib was available too! The property is fenced and gated so you had the security of knowing that your vehicle was safe whenever you were on the premises. There are just so many wonderful things to write about this property. We booked on-line on-the-fly and were fortunate that all of our bookings proved to be perfect. We would not hesitate to book here again and would definitely advise others to stay with them should their travels take them to Gioa's vicinity of Italy.
