I love the attention to details and the minor things that are taken into consideration like portable charger, portable speaker, free snack and drinks from mini bar.
I wished it was nearer to the MRT or shopping mall.

Loved everything about this small hotel. Very accommodating staff. Always very helpful. The free snacks and drinks in room are fantastic and so are all the other items in room. Location is good… in a busy neighborhood but noise was not an issue for me. Lots and lots of shopping and food nearby. We took the bus all over. Get an easy card at airport and use it everywhere on transport. Loved Taipei.
Clean and attentive staff
Everyone speaks English so that really spoils us English speakers.

The location.
The hotel does not have a lobby. There is not even a space to sit down in the entrance area. The breakfast offered little choice, and is rather strange in nature. There is no tourist information available for guests.
