Staff, room presentation and cleanliness and size. Nice style boutique hotel.
Lacking a lift but it was a good opportunity to test the fitness!

Our room was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with vintage details. The step-in shower was a good size and the towels were changed every day. Bottles of water were provided daily, which we really appreciated. There are plenty of options for cafés and restaurants, as well as many night markets which are 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay again!
Although a small lift is provided for baggage, we had to climb 5 flights of stairs every day for our room on the top floor! Wasn't always easy with the children.

Very good value hotel with colourful decor and friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Air con and fridge in room were very noisy.

Location. Room was ok, very pleasant staff.
First the guest house has 6 floors and no (!) elevator, only an elevator for baggage, this is something that can be ultra problematic.
We stayed for 1 night and left in the morning so not abig problem, but it was not fun to get the room at level 6.
There were mosquitoes in the room, and ants walking around.
