Nobildonne Relais

Very convenient location. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival, and complimentary drinks in the evenings. Beautifully styled hotel. Secure. Reception and housekeeping staff are superb. Great kitchen for heating meals. Nesespro coffee maker with good selection of coffee pods.

The mattress made me hot.

The space is timeless, lovely people at the front desk, I hope to return to this property time and time again.

Nothing, great location, great people!

The property was a hidden gem! Such a beautiful interior. We stayed in the Beatrice suite and the decor was splendid - a mix of 16th century splendour with modern. The staff were always smiling and ready to help and we enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the early evening where we could meet and chat with some of the other guests. The location couldn’t be faulted- you step outside and The Spanish Steps can be seen just at the end of the street! We will definitely be returning - it is our favourite hotel in Rome!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

room was clean and comfortable, shower had great pressure and never ran out of hot water

Very hard to find since no lighted or otherwise prominent sign exists on the outside of the building. Outside of the building is run-down (not well-maintained). Staff is not on site 24/7 to assist with any needs. Stayed in the room with a loft bedroom. The end nob on the handrail on the stairs is broken, which is a safety concern. Evening drinks and snacks were disappointing - had to make your own drink from very limited options, and the snack portions were extremely limited. Not sure you can call this establishment a hotel. But they do not have the reputation such that they were unable to secure dinner reservations at upscale restaurants, which was very disappointing. Noticed a bad odor that would come and go in the bathroom. Not sure what kind of plumbing problem is causing it. No on-site breakfast service option.
