Nice apartment in the marina
Un appartamento situato nel porto turistico offre una vista mozzafiato sul Mar Mediterraneo, il faro e ad altre zone della città. arredato con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, piano cottura elettrico, forno, frigorifero e altri utensili da cucina, separati da un arco dalla zona giorno una spaziosa area per rilassarsi davanti alla televisione, terrazza con lumon vetro che offre una splendida vista sul mare l'appartamento in area privata recintata offre due piscine e un parcheggio privato. Il centro storico delizioso espone le sue tipiche strade acciottolate, vegetazione e architettura meravigliosa, offre i suoi spazi fiori, orquidiarium e l'avventura in Africa Selwo.

No pool. But overlooked the MarinaWas a wonderful stay. Nicely located. Auriolo was super helpful.Parking spot that came withe apartment was great.

Recently enjoyed a forty day stay at this lovely apartment.Well equipt to a high standard in every respect,great location,superb views from the property,with a very friendly host and attentive host, who makes you feel welcome.Very highly recommended.

Rocia welcomed us to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was beautifully presented and was much bigger than the photographs indicate. The views were fantastic and the apartment was very comfortable. All equipment was provided to make our stay very comfortable

This is an excellent property rental. Rocio was an outstanding host and we were met and shown around the apartment on arrival. Rocio also checked (by WhatsApp) whether we were OK or needed anything shortly after arrival. Rocio also emphasised to please get in touch if we had any queries or needed advice or help. The apartment is on the 9th floor and has great views and the advertising photos are representative of the apartment. There are 2 lifts servicing the block and we never had any problems using them.
The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, having all of the facilities that we needed: a kettle, toaster, fridge/feezer. It has a hob and microwave as well but we didn't use these. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was vey clean and fresh when we arrived. There is aircon/heating in the lounge and separate bedroom but we didn't use these for our visit in late October/early November. There is a dedicated parking space which we used for our hire car, a Daihatsu duster.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants and two large supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
I would thoroughly recommend this lovely spacious apartment and outstanding host to anyone wishing to stay in the area. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we are in the area and it is available.
