Perfecta ubicación, todo muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para echar unos días en Toledo. El personal, María en mi caso, muy amable y atenta. Totalmente recomendado.

This cozy apartment was situated in the heart of Toledo just steps from the cathedral which we could see from our balcony windows. A convenient market was just outside our door and a main street with all sorts of artisans and shops was also just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The host was extremely helpful, which made a difference in making our stay easier and more enjoyable. We would come here again when we return to Toledo.

We loved our stay! Santiago was so kind to pick us up at the train station, as we were traveling with luggage and our 2 year old. He was very welcoming and overall our experience was excellent. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, very new, comfy beds, they waited us with treats (milk in the fridge, coffee and snacks). We felt so cared for and my communication with Maria over whatsapp was very timely. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Toledo and the area very quiet at night. We loved it and will stay here again. 100% RECOMMEND!

NOTHING, IT WAS PERFECT!

The property was lovely and clean and lovely and warm!! comfortable beds too. Situated in the heart of Toledo old town, making all the main tourist attractions easily accessible on foot. a supermarket and restaurants just 2 mins walk away. Maria was friendly and extremely helpful, informing us of good places to eat and things to see. she was really flexible about the time we arrived as well, not at all worried about us arriving later than planned due to transport delays. we had a lovely stay in Toledo.

There's no way to bring the car close enough to drop the luggage off. Sofa wasn't too comfortable Bed was a bit small

Location is great but you may have to walk a couple of blocks if taking a taxi as it is in quite a difficult area of the city to reach by car. Host was there waiting for us when we arrived even though we were a bit later than we thought we would be. Place was well kept, clean and really well located. Very comfortable.

There wasn't any signage on the building to identify it other than the number. So, I wasn't sure if we were in the right place or not when we first arrived. There are 4 apartments in the building that we stayed in and our was labeled "bajo" which I didn't know. I happened to randomly pick that one and rang the bell to see if someone would answer and help us find where we were supposed to be. I guessed right as the host was waiting for us in that apartment! So, a bit clearer instruction on that would be very helpful. Again, it was a minor inconvenience. Everything else was awesome!

Maria was an excellent hostess and met us at the carpark to assist with getting to the apartment and settled. The apartment was comfortable and had all the basics. It was well situated in the town and very close to shopping, restaurants and the cathedral.

The WiFi was very slow, a few basic items like salt, pepper and paper towels, would add greatly to the kitchen essentials. Also, for guests staying who do not live in the EU, instructions on how to use the heating in the bedrooms would be very useful.
