The beach is just in-front of you. 1 minute walk ... and here you go.
Enjoy having Ben to talk to at the reception/lobby. He's very friendly and approachable.
facility might not cater for people with disability. lobby is at Lvl 1 and there is no ramp, need to take stairs.

Pros:
The breakfast on our first day was delicious.
The location is perfect, very close to both the airport and the beach.
The reception staff provided excellent service and spoke great English.
The rooftop offers an amazing view.
Cons:
There were small bugs in the bathroom and ants near the desk in front of the mirror. There were quite a lot of them when we first arrived on the first day, and they were still there even after we reported the issue. I don’t think it’s a cleanliness problem; it feels more like an issue with the bathroom plumbing.
The rooftop gym was a bit hot and stuffy.
