Friendly staff, great location, and comfortable room for a solo traveller! They were happy to look after my bags pre and post check in which was lovely, and were very helpful with my lack of Italian customs. I was able to walk to many restaurants and bars in the area, and multiple major sights are all within easy walking distance.
The shower spray was so forceful the curtain didn’t stop it and it leaked out of the bathroom onto the floor outside. I was able to mop it up with a towel and prevent it again by just having it at a low pressure but a little sign would be useful to warn future guests!

The location is excellent. Many cafe sand shops around. Supermarket close by. The outstanding aspect of the hotel is the staff. They were extremely helpful to me as I was unwell during my stay.
The hotel is quite shabby and in need of repairs. It is overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast is quite poor with very few choices.

It has a very nice Italian vibe, and it is located fairly close to public transportation with train stations minutes away in multiple directions. The staff was VERY welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They gave us water multiple times. The a/c in the room was ICE COLD. It was hands down the best a/c out of any hotels we have stayed in throughout Europe. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having an elevator was a great perk as well!

L'hotel si trova in un palazzo di prestigio molto vicino alla stazione Termini e lo staff è sempre molto disponibile e propositivo nel mettersi a disposizione dei clienti.
La mia camera singola era molto piccola (facevo fatica a sedermi alla scrivania) ed il bagno oltre ad essere senza bidet aveva una doccia in un angolo con una piattaforma in legno a dir poco fatiscente (vedi foto). La colazione sembra quella degli hotel romagnoli degli anni '80 (fette di formaggio e di prosciutto, un tipo di cereali, marmellate in piccole confezioni,...), gestita da persone che non si relazionano con gli ospiti dell'hotel.
