The pool, the location, the rooms were spacious
Floor was bit dusty, not enough mats to wipe feet. No spare rubbish bags or hand towels in kitchen. Pool was city dirty and greenish in the pool walls. TV wasn't working, gate wasn't working (we had to pull the gate open and close manually).

Responsive and clean. The pool was great for the kids to enjoy swimming. A washing machine was indeed helpful. This location is walking distance to the muay thai gym that we visited almost everyday of our stay.
The aircons were not that cold. no cleaning services. Cleaning services had to be requested and paid extra. Electricity was also not included. You really need a rental car to get around but it is a convenient location. Would like it if shampoo and body wash was included.

location and outdoor area. Quickness of staff to fix issues.
We had 3 separate plumbing problems during the stay. Whilst things happen when staying at places it was frustrating. There were basic items that were not included like a plug in the sink, tea towel. The property probably could’ve done with a bit more of a thorough clean.
