The property and the rooms are clean. Good location and also nice connectivity
So I had booked the room for two days while confirming the receptionist I will be extending the stay offline. On the online checkout date they called me and said If i wanted to extend my stay I would have to pay double of what I originally booked the room for. Nowhere in the world have I seen such looting techniques. Wherever I have stayed they have extended my stay on the same price i booked the room for. While the receptionist was rude I believe it was not entirely his fault. But I believe customer service is not their priority, its only profits and thats something wrong if youre running a hotel
