Un condominio con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno situato al 4 ° piano del nostro edificio della Grand Tower. Da questa unità si possono vedere viste parziali a sud dello splendido Golfo del Messico, perfetto per guardare i tramonti serali! La camera da letto è arredata con due letti queen size con TV a schermo piatto da 26 ". Vi è la possibilità di dormire in più sul divano letto queen-size nel soggiorno per gli ospiti con una TV a schermo piatto da 42 "con servizio HD per il vostro divertimento. Il bagno ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito ed è fornita con gli oggetti necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, stoviglie, utensili, tostapane e macchina per il caffè e una macchina per caffè Keurig. Il condominio ha piastrelle in tutto. È splendidamente arredato con un patio schermato e le viste più spettacolari sul Golfo del Messico.

It was our first time in Sarasota area. We had a fantastic time. Enjoyed the beach and amenities at this facility! Property was as shown in pictures and well supplied w dishes, etc. Weather was slightly cold but we look forward to returning soon! Thank you for hosting us at your property.

I came to Siesta with my HS age son and one of his friends, where we were meeting other friends. I got the last unit available and we spent 5 nights because that was our only option to be conveniently located near friends for spring break. The condo staff and location were great. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. We stayed in unit 48 of the Towers. All units are individually owned and this unit hasn’t been cared for with guests in mind since the 80’s. Maybe 90’s if I’m being generous. Though the condo was clean, it looked tired and dirty. The beds weren’t comfy, pillows were flat and there were no extra sheets in the unit for the sleeper sofa. This was also the first vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have a wine or bottle opener. The view was fantastic though. Friends stayed in an updated 2 bedroom on the bay side for the same price as my 1 bedroom. I don’t feel like the view compensated for 5 nights of not so great sleep and having to share a bathroom with 2 teen boys 😬. I would definitely rent in this complex again, just not this unit unless the owner developed a bit more pride in ownership.
