Questo secondo piano 1 camera da letto 1 1/2 bagno condominio si trova sul lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale, è a pochi passi dalla nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca, dai campi da tennis, dalla piscina e dai barbecue a carbonella. Per rispettare il Codice del fuoco della contea di Sarasota, le nostre unità con una camera da letto possono ospitare un massimo di quattro persone. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king size con una TV a schermo piatto da 32 ". C'è anche un divano letto queen nel soggiorno con un materasso gonfiabile elettrico incorporato che è anche dotato di un 42 "TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con ripiano in granito e una cabina doccia. La bella cucina spaziosa ha ripiani in granito e un sacco di armadi. È completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elementi necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e una macchina da caffè Keurig. C'è bella tessera in tutta l'unità. Il patio schermato comodamente arredato consente a te e alla tua famiglia di godere della nostra calda brezza tropicale.

This place was perfect. Everything was super clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location is amazing—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient to go back and forth throughout the day.The pool area was great and never felt overcrowded, which was a huge plus. They also provide beach chairs, and you can rent an umbrella for $25, which was honestly clutch for long beach days.The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful the entire stay, which really made the experience even better. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Siesta Key.

What a beautiful, well taken care of property. Very clean and perfect for our little get away. Absolutely loved the pool and close beach access.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pool area were also very nice. The only problem we had was the trash chute for the 2nd floor was right beside the door to enter the condo. Unfortunately, trash was piled inside and surrounded by gnats which made their way into the condo. Management was made aware and took care of the trash issue but the gnats still lingered. We would definitely stay here again.

Unit 172 is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Though the kitchen appeared to be well-equipped, we didn’t use it much as we ate out almost every meal at the various restaurants on the key (a sandwich at Anna’s is a MUST!!) The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There was The pool and beach were both beautiful. We’ll be back!!
