The bed was big and very comfortable. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There was dish soap but there wasn't any oil or salt. The decoration is well chosen, everything is very clean, the shower was excellent with a lot of pressure. There was a small welcome pack with Cava 🍾 and catànies (chocolate with delicious almonds). The room is spacious and has a big balcony with nice views.

The girls at the reception weren't very helpful. We ordered room towels because they only do the room every other day and our towels were wet and even though she said ok, she didn't move from her chair and when we came back from our day we found out that nobody had brought towels into our room. Reception was empty (at 6 pm) so I had to call the manager who after a couple of hours brought the towels. The reception door opens with a regular key, not electronic and even when we had to open the door carrying bags or with our hands full, the staff at reception wouldn't move an inch to try to help. It's not a big deal and it's probably just because they were quite young, maybe students, but I think they should be more attentive with the customer and bother to say hi when you walk by, etc...instead of having their heads glued to the screen. However, the place was great and we recommend it,
