It was convenient for what I required. The staff were nice.
The beds were not particularly comfortable.

Only needed a room to get my head down for an early morning flight from Luton airport. It did the job for that. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, small shower/toilet room.
Extractor fan or something similar very noisy switching on throughout the night. Can understand it needs to be used for restaurant times but not throughout night.

The staff were helpful and the food very large but tasty
The room we have stayed before in an ordinary room this one was supposed to be delivered luxe but the only difference was tea and coffee facility, the mattress was on a wooden plank and not very comfortable hence sleep quality wasn't good. The wet room did not dry out until the morning hence had to be very careful not to slip when using the toilet

Staff lovely very accommodating.
Two of the Mattresses on single beds extremely uncomfortable. Never slept on something so bad before. Could feel the hard metal springs, needs a topper better still replacing in room 9 and 13.
